Most of our customers appreciate the ease of ordering via their online account.* Simply create or login to your online account, choose your card then follow the prompts. For some orders you will simply fill out our web form. For others you’ll need to download, complete, and upload our Excel order form.
Your order will be reviewed and an invoice will be emailed to you on the same business day (If placed before 4pm CT) with payment instructions. We accept payment by ACH/Wire, check, credit card, or prepaid account. Credit card orders limited to $5,000 and will incur a 3.5% convenience fee. To set up a prepaid account with a minimum $10,000 deposit, contact an iCARD sales representative at 954-376-3180.

Do you have multiple managers that will be placing orders but a centralized billing department that would like to review the orders before processing and payment? Create users with different access levels and enable single card orders for peer-to-peer award recognition and/or bulk orders. Create custom fields to assist with internal controls and give administrative users access to reporting for reviewing orders or preparing 1099’s.
